Elite Human Resource Pvt. Ltd (EHR) was established in Kathmandu, Nepal to provide a channel for the organized outflow of Nepali manpower to the overseas. The sudden upsurge in the economic activity of Gulf region through discovery of oil and subsequent development of commerce and industry gave further boost to the EHR philosophy. We realized that despite the numerous recruitment agencies in Nepal, there was a need for professionally managed recruitment agency and that the need was urgent. It is this very concern that brought EHR into existence.
